We break the traditional Venture mold by seeking higher growth and reduced risk through a combination of capital allocation and operational partnership. We invest in companies driven by emerging technologies in high-growth sectors, led by talented, purpose-driven founders who are natural collaborators.

Unimpeachable integrity. Do no harm. That's it. & this commitment isn't just to our founders and investor-partners but all who are impacted by our venture ecosystem.

In addition to our firm's values, we also embrace Mountain West values—we prioritize substance over flair, view hard work as a necessity, and we consciously commit to the preservation and longevity of all that's left to our care.

OUR PHILOSOPHY
Capital & Commitment means we provide our founder partners with much more than they expect and what they don't know they need. It's a level of counsel and startup conditioning that's designed to move the needle.

If capital alone were enough then nearly all American venture would be a success story. Successful enterprise requires a lot more than capital. It requires seasoned experts, comprehensive and agile strategies, hands-on support that gets results, network, community,  and the commitment of all partners.

OUR COMMITMENT TO THE INTERMOUNTAIN WEST
There is a reason why the best of our startups are called mountain goats. They scale insurmountable hurdles, can lean on an edge without falling, and they move quickly without fuss or fanfare while surviving on very little.

Yet to many, this is fly-over country, and venture flows to the coasts missing the incredible opportunities within this elevated enclave. No one can find Unicorns (it's imaginary). But, mountain goats are real. And we know how to find them.
